  • 1 lb chicken breast (or tenders) seasoned with ranch seasoning

  • 6 strips of bacon

  • 1 lb Cavatappi pasta

  • 2 tbsps butter

  • 1 tbsp garlic

  • 2 tbsps all purpose flour

  • Pinch of chicken bouillon

  • AP seasoning

  • 1 cup chicken broth

  • 1 onion

  • 2 cups heavy cream

  • Ranch seasoning

  • 1 cup Parmesan and cheddar cheese

  • Diced parsley


  • Olive Oil

  • 2 tbsps Ranch Dressing

  • AP Seasoning

  • Smoked Paprika

  • Ranch Seasoning

DIRECTIONS FOR Southern Style Butter Beans Recipe PREPARATION:

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) to cook the bacon.

  1. In a bowl, prepare the marinade by mixing 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 2 tablespoons of ranch dressing, all-purpose (AP) seasoning, and smoked paprika.

  2. Season the chicken breast (or tenders) with ranch seasoning and then marinate the chicken in the prepared marinade. Allow it to marinate for at least 30 minutes, or longer if time allows.

  1. Lay the bacon strips on a baking sheet and place them in the preheated oven. Cook for about 15-20 minutes, or until the bacon is crispy. Remove the bacon from the oven, drain it on paper towels, and crumble it into smaller pieces. Set the bacon aside.

  1. While the bacon is in the oven, bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the Cavatappi pasta according to the package instructions until it's al dente. Drain the pasta and set it aside.

  1. In a skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat.

  2. Add the marinated chicken to the skillet and cook for about 4-6 minutes per side, or until the chicken is cooked through and has a nice golden color. The exact cooking time will depend on the thickness of the chicken. Once cooked, remove the chicken from the skillet, let it rest for a few minutes, and then slice it into strips.

  1. In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and cook for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

  2. Stir in 2 tablespoons of all-purpose flour and a pinch of chicken bouillon. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes to make a roux.

  3. Pour in 1 cup of chicken broth and 2 cups of heavy cream, stirring continuously to avoid lumps. Bring the mixture to a gentle simmer and cook for about 5-7 minutes until it thickens.

  4. Stir in ranch seasoning to taste and a cup of Parmesan and cheddar cheese. Continue to cook until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth.

  5. Add the cooked pasta, sliced chicken, and crumbled bacon to the skillet. Gently fold the ingredients into the creamy sauce, ensuring they are well coated. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to heat everything through.
