I recently visited Carette Paris for a leisurely lunch and was thoroughly impressed by the delicious food and cozy atmosphere. The French onion soup was a standout - the rich, savory broth was packed with caramelized onions and topped with a layer of melted cheese and croutons. It was the perfect comfort food on a cold, rainy day. But it wasn't just the soup that impressed me at Carette.

The pastries and desserts were absolutely top-notch. I indulged in a St. Honoré pastry, which was a classic French treat made with a puff pastry base and topped with whipped cream and choux pastry balls. I also tried a raspberry macaron, which was a light and chewy cookie filled with a sweet and tangy raspberry ganache.

I also had the chance to try Carette's famous hot chocolate, which did not disappoint. Made with high-quality cocoa, it was rich, creamy, and oh-so-indulgent. It was served in a traditional French china cup and saucer, adding to the overall experience.

I had the scrambled eggs with ham, which were equally delicious. The eggs were fluffy and creamy, and the ham was thinly sliced and flavorful. They were served with a side of crispy, buttery toast and a selection of jams and spreads, making for a satisfying and well-rounded meal.

Overall, I had a wonderful time at Carette Paris and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for delicious French pastries, hot chocolate, and savory dishes. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was cozy and inviting. I can't wait to go back and try more of their menu

St. Honoré is a classic French pastry made with a puff pastry base and topped with whipped cream and choux pastry balls. It is named after St. Honoré, the patron saint of bakers and pastry chefs. Macaron aux framboises, or raspberry macarons, are a type of French cookie made with almond flour, sugar, and egg whites.

They are typically filled with a flavored buttercream or ganache, in this case, raspberry.
